How long will my order take to ship?
Shipping time depends on where the order is going and what type of printing is used.
Processing time for in house screen printed designs is 1-2 weeks + shipping
However, processing time for full color or Direct-To-Garment (DTG) designs is 3-4 weeks + shipping since they are outsourced.
What if I need my order by a specific date for a trip?
If you need your order for a special event/trip please email me inquiring BEFORE you place an order and we can try and work something out!
I am more than happy to accommodate but I need to make sure I have all the supplies to see about getting you your order for your trip!
I want to cancel / return / exchange my order, what do I do?
I do not offer cancelations after 48 hours or returns.
If you need a size exchange you must email the shop within 48 hours of receiving the package
- Customer will be expected to cover the cost of the shipping and item must be received in its original condition (does not have to be original packaging)
- Please contact the shop inquiring about a size exchange as not all may be accepted email@example.com
Please make sure all info is correct when you checkout. Shop Isabelle Rose is not liable for any packages sent to the wrong address or any charges for re-sending your packages.
My order is wrong, what do I do?
If there is a mistake with your order, please email the shop with your full name and order number within 48 hours of receiving the package with a description of what is wrong and any images of the issue at hand
Do you ship outside the US?
At the moment I ship to The United States & Canada only.
As my business grows, I hope to be able to sell internationally to friends around the world!
